$67/hrWe’re looking for a Journey Builder / Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join a leading global technology company’s Central Marketing Operations team. This role focuses on building and launching customer journeys and in-app communications across multiple digital services. You’ll work closely with marketing, product, engineering, and business teams to launch campaigns, run A/B tests, monitor performance, and improve customer engagement.
What we’re looking for:
- 5–7 years of lifecycle/CRM marketing experience
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, or Responsys
- Experience building and managing customer journeys
- Strong analytical and communication skills; SQL is a plus
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
Education: BA/BS preferred or equivalent experience.
