Job Title Coordinate duties with kitchen and service staff to ensure food orders are prepared, organized, and delivered to guests accurately and within established service time standards. Verify that all food items are accounted for and that orders meet quality, presentation, and accuracy standards before delivery. Deliver food and beverages to guests promptly while providing superior guest service. Communicate effectively with kitchen and service team members regarding order status, missing items, special requests, and other service needs. Help maintain an efficient flow of food from the kitchen to the dining area. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, including promptly addressing spills and other potential safety hazards. Perform assigned cleaning and sanitation duties throughout the shift. Follow safe food handling, sanitation, and personal hygiene practices. Follow workplace safety procedures when using or working around equipment and immediately report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to management. Follow management direction and support the restaurant team as operational needs require. Perform other duties as assigned.

High school diploma or GED preferred; one to three months of related restaurant, food service, or hospitality experience and/or training preferred; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to read and understand simple instructions, correspondence, and workplace communications. Ability to communicate effectively with guests, coworkers, and management in individual and small-group settings. Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals. Ability to apply common-sense understanding to carry out instructions provided in written, verbal, or diagram form and appropriately respond to routine workplace situations.
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this position, the employee may be required to stand and/or walk for extended periods during a 6- to 8-hour shift. Frequently use hands and fingers to handle, grasp, carry, or operate objects, tools, and equipment. Frequently reach with hands and arms. Regularly bend, stoop, reach, carry, wipe, and perform repetitive motions. Work effectively in an environment with significant background noise and communicate with guests and coworkers. Occasionally lift and/or move items weighing up to 70 pounds, including carrying items up one flight of stairs. Frequently handle food, dishes, trays, utensils, and other restaurant items.
Work Environment:
The employee works in a fast-paced restaurant and kitchen environment and may be exposed to noise, heat, hot surfaces, liquids, food products, cleaning products, wet or slippery surfaces, and varying temperatures. The position requires frequent interaction and coordination with guests, coworkers, kitchen staff, and management.
