Key responsibilities:
Coordinate and administer security setup, documentation, and reporting activities for private placement investments
Monitor interest and principal payments, reconcile activity to custodian records, and address discrepancies
Serve as an operational point of contact, managing inquiries and communications with various stakeholders
Required qualifications:
Knowledge of regulations affecting the purchase of securities and private placements
Understanding of private placement debt structures and note purchase agreements
Ability to identify operational and compliance risks and recommend corrective actions
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Some post-secondary education or equivalent experience preferred
