Registered Behavior Technician

Responsibilities: Implement individualized behavior intervention plans as directed by the BCBA.Assist clients in developing social, communication, and daily living skills. Collect and maintain accurate data on client progress and behaviors. Document medical records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations. Collaborate with families and other professionals to provide comprehensive care plans. Support clients during therapy sessions, ensuring a safe and supportive environment. Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills in behavioral health.

Experience: Previous experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred. Familiarity with behavioral therapy techniques and data collection methods is essential. Understanding of care plans and the ability to assist in their implementation. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations related to medical records management. Experience working with children is highly desirable.
