To support a growing telehealth practice, the part-time Massachusetts Licensed Clinical Therapist will provide high-quality therapeutic services through virtual platforms, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with healthcare professionals.
Key responsibilities: Conduct psychological and biopsychosocial assessments to determine clients' needs Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and continuous care for clients
Required qualifications: Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field Valid Massachusetts independent licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LICSW or LMHC) Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as needed Demonstrated experience providing behavioral therapy and group therapy Ability to effectively manage clients in virtual settings and navigate technology platforms
