GHD is seeking a Portfolio Leader to grow and manage the Metro Atlanta water business, owning strategy for key public-sector clients and aligning technical capabilities with client needs. The role requires a strong track record in client relationship development, municipal project delivery, and cross-functional leadership to win work and build a scalable water practice across the metro area. A hybrid, office-and-field presence is expected in Atlanta.
