What You’ll Do: Provide personalized occupational therapy services under the direction of an Occupational Therapist to help patients improve functional independence, safety and overall quality of life Implement patient-centered treatment plans focused on ADLs, strength, mobility, and adaptive techniques Help patients improve their ability to perform daily tasks such as dressing, bathing, grooming, and meal preparation Quickly integrate interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to support strong patient outcomes and continuity of care Maintain accurate clinical documentation, monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on individual rehabilitation needs
