Key Responsibilities:
Departmental Rotations The intern may assist various departments with projects and daily operations, including: Human Resources Support recruiting, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives. Assist with organizing employee files and HR records. Participate in hiring events and internship outreach efforts. Operations Assist with process improvement and workflow projects. Collect and analyze operational data. Observe and support daily operational activities. Accounting Support AR/AP activities and financial data entry. Assist with reporting and reconciliation projects. Sales & Marketing Conduct market research and assist with lead generation. Help prepare sales and marketing materials. Support customer outreach initiatives. Supply Chain & Purchasing Assist with inventory management projects. Support vendor communications and purchasing activities. Analyze inventory and purchasing data. Special Projects Participate in cross-functional projects that impact multiple departments. Assist with process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives. Prepare summaries, presentations, and recommendations for leadership.
Qualifications:
Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Human Resources, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Ability to adapt and work with multiple teams. Learning Opportunities By the end of the internship, the intern will: Gain exposure to multiple business functions and career paths. Develop project management and professional communication skills. Learn how departments collaborate to achieve company goals. Build analytical, organizational, and leadership skills. Complete a capstone project summarizing key contributions and recommendations.
