Sr. Litigation Paralegal

Our practice covers a wide range of litigation areas, including civil, commercial, and complex litigation. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Sr. Litigation Paralegal to join our team.

Position Overview: We are looking for a highly organized and dependable Sr. Litigation Paralegal with at least 10+ years of hands-on litigation experience. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing a high-volume caseload while supporting attorneys through all phases of litigation.

Annual Salary: $80,000+ depending on experience Hybrid or On-Site

Key Responsibilities: Assist attorneys in all stages of litigation, including case intake, discovery, trial preparation, and appeals Draft legal documents such as complaints, subpoenas, motions, and discovery requests/responses Manage document production, including organizing and analyzing large volumes of documents Coordinate and schedule depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials Maintain litigation calendars and track important deadlines Prepare trial binders, exhibits, and witness lists Conduct legal research and gather relevant case materials File documents electronically with state and federal courts
