Occupational Therapist

Responsibilities: Essential Duties and Responsibilities (includes, but is not limited to): Evaluate and treat patients in an acute hospital setting to improve functional mobility, ADLs, safety, and independence Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for medically complex adult and geriatric patients Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support safe and timely discharge planning Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive strategies and equipment use Document evaluations, progress, and discharge recommendations in the electronic medical record
