Culinary food preparer for Assisted Living Community (must pass background check)

Duties: Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and menu plans- Ensure that food is prepared in a timely manner and meets quality standards- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines- Assist with serving during meals- Clean and sanitize work areas, utensils, and equipment, and wash dishes Qualifications - Previous experience working in a restaurant or similar food industry setting helpful- Knowledge of food handling and safety procedures- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously and be able to be on your feet during shift- Excellent communication and teamwork skills If you have a passion for cooking and enjoy working with our elders, we would love to hear from you.
