Seal Masters of Hawaii seeks a seasoned Director of Human Resources to lead people strategy and oversee HR, safety, and organizational development in Honolulu, HI. This onsite role partners with leadership to strengthen culture, optimize processes, and drive talent acquisition and retention. You will own recruiting, onboarding, leadership development, performance management, and HR compliance while collaborating with the Safety Officer to integrate safety metrics into business decisions.
