Position Overview: An established, mission-driven nonprofit healthcare organization in Colorado is seeking a dedicated Medical Director to provide clinical leadership and comprehensive medical oversight for its Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE).This is an opportunity for an experienced physician to lead a collaborative, interdisciplinary team focused on helping frail and medically complex older adults remain safely in their communities while preserving their independence, dignity, and quality of life. The Medical Director will balance direct patient care with clinical leadership, quality improvement, provider oversight, and care coordination across outpatient, inpatient, residential, palliative, and hospice settings.
