Contents Restoration Manager An established restoration company in Omaha is looking for an experienced Contents Restoration Manager to lead contents restoration projects from start to finish. This role is ideal for a hands-on restoration professional with strong operations experience, knowledge of contents restoration and Encircle, and the ability to lead crews, manage customers, coordinate subcontractors, and oversee both residential and commercial projects. Experience and skills required:3+ years of operations experience.1+ years of contents restoration experience. Experience in contents cleaning/restoration, property restoration, or construction preferred. Strong knowledge of contents restoration processes and/or Encircle. Experience managing both residential and commercial restoration projects. Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Ability to develop scopes of work, review estimates, and manage project documentation. Comfortable communicating with customers, clients, subcontractors, and restoration personnel. Ability to recruit, train, and manage restoration crews. Strong attention to detail with job files, photos, documentation, expenses, equipment, and materials. Ability to work extended hours, evenings, and weekends as needed. Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
Job responsibilities include: Managing contents restoration projects from initial assignment through completion. Leading restoration crews and coordinating subcontractors, equipment, materials, and other resources. Developing scopes of work and reviewing project estimates for accuracy and profitability. Communicating with customers and clients throughout the restoration process. Negotiating project scope, pricing, and approvals with customers, insurance professionals, and other stakeholders. Scheduling crews, equipment, materials, and resources to keep projects moving efficiently. Overseeing residential and commercial contents restoration projects. Maintaining accurate job files, project documentation, photos, estimates, and customer updates. Monitoring project expenses, equipment usage, materials, and overall job performance. Ensuring crews follow safe work practices, company procedures, and restoration industry standards. Recruiting, training, coaching, and managing restoration personnel. Addressing customer concerns and proactively maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Continuing to develop leadership, management, and technical restoration expertise. Working closely with company leadership to improve operational efficiency and project outcomes. Company highlights: Established operation serving the Omaha and Saunders County markets. Compensation and benefits: $65,000–$70,000 base salary + commission, with flexibility to go higher for the right candidate. Health, Dental, and Vision after 60 days.401(k) with company match.
