The University of South Carolina Beaufort is seeking an enthusiastic and dependable Motor Coach Driver (As-Needed) to help keep our campus community moving safely and smoothly. What You'll Do:

Safely transport students, faculty, and staff to and from university events, activities, and off-campus destinations
Operate a motor coach vehicle with a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and professionalism
Provide courteous, friendly, and responsive service to all passengers
Represent the university with professionalism while ensuring a positive travel experience

Qualifications:

Be able to successfully pass a background check
Possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent
Be at least 21 years of age
Possess a currently valid South Carolina Class B driver's license, with a (P) endorsement or the equivalent from a contiguous state, and possess a current DOT medical examination card
Previous experience as a commercial vehicle, school bus, or motor coach driver is preferred
Position Attributes

Employees in Safety-Sensitive or Security-Sensitive positions will be subject to pre-employment and post-employment drug testing in accordance with University policy HR 1.95 Drug and Alcohol Testing.
