Registered Behavior Technician - Fairfield, CT

Desired Qualifications: Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required. Prior experience providing ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) services in schools or with children strongly preferred. Ability to collaborate closely with BCBAs for behavior tracking and intervention planning. Experience supporting students with behavioral challenges in a one-to-one setting. Professional approach, excellent communication skills, and strong documentation abilities.

Key Responsibilities: Deliver direct, one-on-one behavioral support to an assigned 5th grade student, following behavior intervention and support plans. Accurately record data and participate in behavior tracking meetings with a supervising BCBA.Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to facilitate continuity of care. Maintain detailed, timely documentation of interventions and student progress. Adapt strategies in response to student needs while fostering a positive, supportive learning environment. Assignments currently available at Shaw ES, Wolfpit ES, and Rowayton ES, with both immediate and upcoming maternity leave coverage needed.
