Law & Motion Attorney

What You’ll Be Doing: Draft, review, and argue (if applicable) substantive motions, including motions for summary judgment, demurrers, motions to compel, and other pre-trial motions Conduct in-depth legal research and develop case strategies Collaborate closely with trial attorneys to support case progression Analyze case law and apply it to ongoing litigation matters Contribute to high-impact cases with meaningful legal arguments What We’re Looking J.D. from an accredited law school Active California Bar license (required)5+ years of experience in civil litigation, with a strong focus on law & motion work Exceptional legal writing and analytical skills Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment Experience drafting dispositive motions is highly preferred Salary and

Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $200,000 – $210,000.Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
