Associate - Secondary Advisory

Responsibilities: Support the execution of GP-led secondary transactions, including single-asset and multi-asset continuation vehicles, from initial analysis through to closing. Build and maintain financial and valuation models. Analyse underlying portfolio companies and investment theses, including financial performance, operating KPIs, capital structures, and valuation. Prepare client and investor materials, including transaction presentations, valuation analyses, process materials, and due diligence responses. Conduct market and transaction analysis to support execution, valuation, structuring, and business development activities across the GP-led secondary market.

Requirements: Experience within M&A or secondary advisory. Good knowledge of PE regulatory & legal frameworks. Advanced Valuation & modelling skills. Experience in marketing & content documentation.
