Seeking a Jr. Associate for PI Firm in Las Vegas, NVA Personal Injury Firm is seeking a motivated recent graduate or 1yr experience to join their firm. This position will involve all aspects of litigation including law and motion, discovery, and liability and expert depositions.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Pay from $85-$90k/yr plus commission
Schedule: Monday through Thursday 9am to 5-5:30pm; Fridays 9am to 4pmExperience:
Litigation: 0 -1yrs The ideal candidate is: Dependable -- more reliable than spontaneous Detail-oriented -- would rather focus on the details of work than the bigger picture Achievement-oriented -- enjoys taking on challenges, even if they might fail High stress tolerance -- thrives in a high-pressure environment
Requirements:
- Excellent Legal Research and Writing skills
- Strong Negotiation and Communication skills
- Bilingual is a plus, but not requiredNV License required
