A leading global law firm is seeking a Real Estate Associate to join its Chicago office. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior to mid-level attorney to work on sophisticated domestic and international real estate transactions across a broad range of asset classes.✨ What You Will Work OnRepresent developers, owners, investors, lenders and financial institutions in real estate transactions. Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, joint ventures, leases, development agreements and financing documents. Advise clients on acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development and real estate financing. Conduct due diligence, including lease, title and survey review. Support M&A, private equity, fund formation and debt finance matters involving real estate. Work across commercial, industrial, multifamily, hospitality, data center and other asset classes.✅ They are looking for: JD from an accredited law school.4-6 years of general real estate experience in a large law firm setting. Experience representing borrowers and lenders in financing transactions. Strong due diligence experience, including lease, title and survey review. Excellent drafting, analytical and communication skills. Strong organization and ability to manage multiple matters under tight deadlines. Illinois bar admission required for the Chicago position.
