Trademark Attorney-Advisor (Contract) Remote, Secret

The HQ USAF and Support Elements seeks a licensed attorney to provide strategic legal advice in trademark law, enforcement, and licensing for Air Force trademarks. You will draft agreements related to marketing and content licensing, and coordinate enforcement actions including TTAB proceedings. You will represent the Office of the General Counsel in discussions with DoD senior leaders and external partners, ensuring Air Force trademark interests are protected across missions and operations.
