This is a long-term role for someone who wants full project ownership, consistent work, and a strong internal team. Your Responsibility:Prepare detailed quantity takeoffs and complete estimates Carry assigned projects end-to-end through final bid Develop budgets, proposals, and bid packages Analyze subcontractor pricing and perform scope reviews Support value engineering and bid review meetings Collaborate with PMs and Superintendents during preconstruction Maintain cost data and current market pricing insights What You'll Bring 5+ years of commercial estimating experience with a General Contractor. xevrcyc Proven estimating on ground-up projects $5M–$10M+Ability to carry bids independently from takeoff through submission Strong understanding of materials, subcontractor pricing, and construction methods Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Why This Role$85K–$125K base + Package Stable, reputable Houston GCActive and healthy project pipeline Long-term growth within this role.
