In this role, you will install tile surfaces in modular building components, ensuring high quality, durable, and visually appealing finishing in a controlled manufacturing environment.Job ResponsibilitiesMeasure, cut, and install tile, including grouting.Set up equipment at the job site using the proper set-up procedures.Use measurement tools to ensure proper installation and alignment.Prepare surface by cleaning, leveling, and applying adhesives.Perform leveling, anchoring, and alignment.Inspect completed work to ensure quality and consistency.Ensure that all installations meet safety standards and company tools, equipment, and clean, organized workspace.Follow all safety procedures and company policies.Collaborate with team members to meet production goalsPerform other tasks as assigned.Job Skills & Qualifications2 years of tile installation experience1 year of grouting experience.Ability to read and interpret basic drawings and layouts preferred.Ability to read and use measurement tools with tile tools.Knowledge of tile installation techniques, materials, and adhesives.Ability to lift up to 50 -75 lbs and perform physical work for extended periods.Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.BenefitsBLOX offers the full spectrum of comprehensive benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance.
