We are seeking a hands-on Endpoint Management Consultant / Technical Lead to lead a migration from Microsoft SCCM/MECM to NinjaOne. This individual will be responsible for assessing the current SCCM environment, designing the future-state NinjaOne architecture, and executing the migration through pilot, deployment, and production transition.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end SCCM/MECM to NinjaOne migration
  • Assess existing SCCM infrastructure, collections, applications/packages, patching, policies, scripts, and device configurations
  • Design and configure the NinjaOne endpoint management environment
  • Migrate endpoint management, software deployment, patching, monitoring, and automation capabilities to NinjaOneDevelop PowerShell scripts and automation for endpoint configuration and management
  • Create pilot groups and execute phased endpoint migrations
  • Troubleshoot agent deployment, application deployment, patching, and device-management issues
  • Develop migration runbooks, technical documentation, and rollback procedures
  • Provide knowledge transfer and operational handoff to internal IT teams
Required Experience:
  • 5+ years of endpoint management / EUC engineering experience
  • Deep hands-on experience with Microsoft SCCM/MECMHands-on NinjaOne implementation or administration experience
  • Experience migrating between enterprise endpoint-management platforms
  • Strong experience with Windows endpoint management, application packaging/deployment, patch management, and device policies
  • Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills
  • Ability to independently lead a technical migration from discovery through production rollout
  • Highly Preferred
  • Previous experience specifically migrating SCCM/MECM to NinjaOneExperience with Microsoft Intune/Entra ID and modern endpoint management
  • Experience working in large enterprise environments
