Director, Neobanking Compliance & Regulatory Risk

Bakkt seeks a Director of Consumer & Regulatory Compliance to build and scale its neobanking as a service compliance framework. You will manage partner bank governance, support digital assets and brokerage operations, and lead risk, fraud prevention, and regulatory strategies across platforms. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance by design, oversee 2LoD activities, and drive global expansion while maintaining US consumer protections and network rules.
