A South Florida General Contractor is hiring a Senior Job Cost Accountant to manage multiple construction projects in different phases. From inception to completion, processing all project financial aspects. Role Description & Responsibilities: Full-time, on-site role based in Deerfield Beach, FL.♦ AR♦ AP♦ Maintain aging receivables/payables♦ Training and assistance – Project Analyst♦ Process vendor invoices through Textura♦ Process owner draws from preparation through payment♦ Project Budget Management♦ All subcontracts and POs♦ Change orders♦ NTO and releases♦ Preparation for and presentation at monthly Owner Financial meetings
Qualifications:
♦ bachelor’s degree in business or accounting♦ Minimum of 4 years ’of accounting experience♦ 4+ years’ experience in the Construction Industry♦ Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills♦ Good verbal and written communication skills♦ CCIFP is a plus♦ Computer skills: Advanced Word and Excel. Experience with SAGE Intacct, Textura, and Procore is a plus
