Head of Development

⚡ The Opportunity: As Head of Development, you'll own the whole data center portfolio from initial site strategy through customer engagement, construction execution and delivering the final product directly to the customer. You'll work directly alongside the CEO and founders to drive company strategy, evaluate new markets, secure infrastructure, shape customer commitments, and build a scalable development organization capable of supporting aggressive national growth. This is a high-impact, highly visible leadership role with the autonomy to make critical decisions and the opportunity to influence the direction of the business for years to come.
