They will be subordinate to the head of the prevention department and the general director of services. Information and Awareness - Sensitize residents, follow-up with users, convince users to change their behaviors - Inform users door-to-door and through flyers - Participate in user awareness events (various stands, operations at the landfill) - Provide animations on sorting and waste prevention in schools and leisure centers - Sensitize and train waste sorting actors (collection agent, landfill guards, municipal staff) - Participate in the creation of awareness documents - Identify needs and issues on the territory Technical Follow-up - Participate in characterizations - Management of stocks of pre-sorting bags and sorting guides - Management of the material necessary for the good functioning of school interventions and public animations - Support for the implementation of shared composters and city compost, quality follow-up of these installations in collaboration with the EPCI in charge of their deployment - Organization of follow-up of collection and associated corrective actions Profile Sought Theoretical Knowledge (know-how) - Communication and negotiation techniques - Knowledge of the waste world - Knowledge of local authorities - Capacity for analysis and synthesis - Ability to be a force of proposals - Good general culture and creativity - Sense of initiative and organization - Having a sense of contact and listening Technical Skills (know-how) - Teamwork - Good elocution - Ability to use computer tools (word, excel) - Show initiative and dynamism - Show restraint in front of school audiences and adapt language Behavioral Skills (know-how) - Respect for obligations of discretion and confidentiality - Respect for service hours or punctuality - Relational qualities - Seriousness and rigor - Sharing and circulation of information - Sense of listening and exchange - Responsiveness, adaptability and availability - Openness of mind
