Able to read a measuring tape and use basic hand tools Good with math and written skills Works safely, wearing required PPE; including a ½ mask respirator or PAPR Follow written and verbal instruction, plus document quality and production data Can comprehend established quality standard and apply them through the process Can meet or exceed standard production rates according to daily goals Team oriented, can work well with others and is respectful Contributes to continuous improvement activities Maintain a clean and organized work area Able and willing to work past scheduled hours when necessary Physical Requirements Able to lift up to 50lbs Able to push and pull up to 500lb rolling carts with the help of another person Must have good manual dexterity, be able to squat, bend, and twist repetitively Visual acuity to read instructions, operate machines, and inspect parts produced Prolonged periods working on feet and performing repetitive actions
