Trinity Health is seeking a detail-oriented Documentation Specialist for remote work to ensure medical records documentation meets HCFA, MCC, and JCAHO guidelines. You will receive, review, and process back-end documentation to support accurate billing and timely submissions. You will collaborate with the Business/Facilities Manager, liaise with physician offices, resolve issues, track outstanding docs, and train new billing coordinators as needed. EPIC experience is a plus.
