This is an exceptional opportunity for a commercially minded leader with deepexpertise in influencer marketing, talent partnerships, and integrated communications to shapethe strategic direction of a high-profile client portfolio while driving business growth, mentoringhigh-performing teams, and building lasting relationships across the beauty industry. As a Director of Influencer Marketing, you will take ownership of the agency's influencer programs and partnerships offering, leading client strategy, commercial growth, and operational excellence across a diverse portfolio of global beauty brands. You will act as a trusted strategic advisor to clients, develop new business opportunities, strengthen relationships across the influencer and talent ecosystem, and inspire a talented team to deliver best-in-class campaigns.

The Role: Lead the strategic growth and commercial success of the advocacy and partnerships division, driving revenue growth, client retention, operational efficiency, and profitability across a portfolio of leading beauty and wellness brands Serve as senior strategic counsel to clients by developing integrated influencer marketing, advocacy, and partnership strategies while identifying opportunities to expand services and deliver measurable commercial impact Build and maintain exceptional relationships with creators, talent agencies, brand marketers, industry partners, and key stakeholders while negotiating high-value partnerships and delivering outstanding client service Mentor, develop, and inspire a high-performing team by providing strategic direction, overseeing campaign quality, fostering innovation, and creating a collaborative, high-performance culture
