Payroll Administrator

Responsibilities: Maintain accurate employee, payroll, and PTO records, including new hires, terminations, tax forms, deductions, incentives, and garnishments. Prepare, audit and reconcile time files for non-exempt employees; identify and resolve out-of-balance issues prior to payroll finalization. Serve as primary support for UKG system questions, password resets, timesheet corrections, and user maintenance. Run end to end payroll for about 500 employees in 25 states (including CA) on a weekly and bi-weekly basis.

Qualifications: 2+ years of hands-on experience processing payroll. Practical working knowledge of multi-state payroll laws and regulations. Must be willing to come onsite 5 days a week. Experience with UKG and Workforce Management is a huge plus. BA degree preferred, but not required. CPP highly desired.
