Let's get right to it—interested in mission-critical, hands-on work? We're looking for a Vaccine Manufacturing Operator who thrives in a cleanroom, follows procedures to the letter, and wants to see tangible results from their work: high-quality animal health vaccines. What will I work on? Fill-Finish: Set up, run, and tear down vaccine filling equipment; execute fills across multiple lines and product formats. Aseptic Technique: Practice GMP-compliant aseptic processing with proper gowning (Tyvek, respirator) and cleanroom conduct. Lyophilization & Capping: Load freeze dryers; support lyophilization; perform final capping and apply aluminum seals. Equipment Operation: Safely operate portable and stationary equipment, including systems utilizing steam. Documentation & Compliance: Complete batch records, follow SOPs, manage inventory, and comply with site safety and financial procedures. Team Collaboration: Work closely with a small team and coordinate with multiple departments to keep production flowing. What do I need to bring?
Must-haves: High school diploma or GED.Strong teamwork and communication skills. Ability to follow detailed procedures in a regulated environment. Availability for 3rd shift and occasional weekends.
Nice-to-haves:
  • Post–high school education in a scientific field.
  • Strength in math, science, and computer skills. Experience in manufacturing, laboratory, pharma/biotech, animal health, or other regulated settings.
  • What's the environment like?
  • Hands-on production inside a controlled cleanroom and manufacturing area.
  • Comfort with varying temperatures and full PPE (Tyvek gowns and respirator).Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods; reach, bend, stoop, push, pull, grip, and handle equipment.
  • Repetitive wrist/hand/finger movements as part of routine tasks.
  • Regular lifting and carrying of about 5-25 pounds.
  • Standard 40-hour workweek with overtime when needed.
