Key responsibilities:
Engage with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to address inquiries and concerns
Calmly de-escalate issues and escalate interactions when necessary
Track call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes while meeting defined sales objectives
Required qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
Must be 18 years of age or older
Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
General knowledge of Windows-based systems
