Senior Corporate Counsel - FinTech Strategy & IP

FIS is seeking an experienced in-house attorney to lead the Legal, Compliance & Corporate Affairs team. You will guide strategic legal counsel across banking, payments and data practices and partner with executives to advance corporate objectives. You will advise on product development, go-to-market strategies, and key commercial contracts with banks and credit unions in North America, while overseeing IP and regulatory issues in a fast-paced financial services environment.
