The Critical Care Pharmacist role with Sharp Memorial Hospital will provide advanced clinical pharmacy services for critically ill patients while serving as a key medication expert for ICU teams. This role is responsible for clinical consultation, medication therapy management, participation in multidisciplinary rounds, emergency response support, medication safety initiatives, staff education, research activities, and operational pharmacy services. Hourly Pay Range (Minimum - Midpoint - Maximum):
$80.440 - $103.790 - $116.240 Required Qualifications
California Pharmacist License - CA State Board of Pharmacy
AHA Basic Life Support for Healthcare Professional certification
AHA Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification
Preferred Qualifications:
Completion of a Pharmacy Practice Residency with experience in critical care or a specialized clinical residency in critical care/emergency care.
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) - American Heart Association
