Environmental Counsel or Income Partner

Duties: Represent clients in regulatory and litigation matters. Provide strategic regulatory counseling. Support energy-related mergers, acquisitions, and corporate transactions. Collaborate with colleagues across energy, corporate, and litigation practices.

Requirements: Significant experience representing clients before FERC. Experience with state energy regulatory agencies and public utility commissions. Strong regulatory and litigation experience in the energy sector. Experience advising on regulatory aspects of energy-related transactions. Excellent written and oral advocacy skills. Ability to manage sophisticated client matters and collaborate across practice areas. Appetite for business development. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications: Admission to the state bar. Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in legal research and writing.
