Position Overview:
This is a full-time position (40+ hours per week), and overtime is often available, with workweeks ranging from 50 to 60 hours. We operate 24 hours a day, and there are both day and night shift positions available. You will be part of a team of highly motivated professionals, working together to deliver top-quality results. This is an opportunity to contribute to high-profile projects while developing your skills in aircraft painting and maintenance.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Arrive on time, ready to contribute to the team
Follow direction from your team lead and experienced mentors
Collaborate with a team of apprentices to ensure top-quality results
Adhere to company safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
Maintain high standards of quality in all tasks performed
Skills & Requirements:
Ability to lift 50-75 pounds and stand for long periods
Comfortable working at heights up to 50 feet (fall protection provided)
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English
Must be able to wear a respirator (clean shaved)
