Hardware Tech Recruiter Robotics & AI (SF/MV)

Atoms builds Physical AI with real-world robots for food, mining, and transport. This role is based in our San Francisco or Mountain View office locations, onsite five days a week. You will lead end-to-end recruiting across Autonomous Vehicles, Transportation, and Mining, collaborating with Hardware leadership to scope roles and attract top hardware engineers. The position includes base salary, equity, and a performance-based bonus where applicable.
