Carson, CA | $105,000 Annual Salary | Full-Time2020 Companies, in partnership with Samsung Electronics America, is hiring an experienced Appliance Technical Trainer! Do you have hands‑on appliance repair experience and a passion for teaching, coaching, and developing others? This is an opportunity to turn your technical expertise into a rewarding career helping technicians strengthen their skills and deliver exceptional service. We’re looking for someone who understands appliance repair and enjoys sharing their knowledge through engaging training sessions, hands‑on demonstrations, and technical instruction.
What You’ll Do: Develop and deliver classroom, virtual, and hands‑on training for Samsung’s Authorized Service Network technicians. Train technicians on household appliances, including refrigerators, washers, dryers, and ovens. Create and update training materials, technical guides, presentations, and instructional resources. Evaluate technician performance, provide constructive feedback, and coach trainees to improve their skills. Develop engaging PowerPoint presentations and training content. Stay current on appliance repair techniques, troubleshooting methods, tools, and safety standards. Collaborate with technical experts and internal teams to deliver effective training programs.
What We’re Looking For:
  • 5+ years of appliance repair experience is required.
  • Teaching, training, coaching, or mentoring experience is required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong technical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to train large groups.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Ability to develop structured training plans and make complex technical topics easy to understand.
  • Flexibility to travel and work in classroom, virtual, and on‑the‑job training environments.
  • This position is based at the
  • Samsung Appliance Training Center in Carson, California .The work arrangement includes:40%at the Carson training center 30%working from a home office 30%traveling to support training needs
  • Travel requirements may vary, and nationwide travel may be required. Candidates must be comfortable with travel and flexible training environments.
