iCapital is seeking a Data, Technology and IP Attorney to join its Legal team in New York. You will handle technology-driven client engagements, draft and review complex contracts, and supervise outside counsel while collaborating with Sales, Partnerships, Technology, Product and Compliance. You will lead AI governance initiatives, test generative tools, assess outputs for bias and IP risk, and support strategic corporate development.
