Program Manager

Responsibilities: Develop and maintain SOPs, FAQs, training materials, and agent resources for loan servicing and collections processes. Monitor servicing quality through agent assessments, error tracking, audit requests, and performance reporting. Serve as the primary escalation contact for vendor teams while coordinating issue resolution and continuous operational improvements.

Requirements: 5 to 7 years of fintech and loan servicing experience. Strong Excel and analytical skills; SQL preferred. Excellent communication and project management skills.
