We're seeking a patient-focused professional who enjoys helping individuals improve their physical abilities, work toward greater independence, and achieve their rehabilitation goals. You'll provide individualized therapy services while partnering with other healthcare professionals to support each patient's progress and overall well-being. Your Role on Our TeamAssess patients' mobility, strength, functional abilities, and rehabilitation needs. Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on evaluations and treatment goals. Provide therapeutic interventions to improve movement, balance, coordination, and daily functioning. Review patient progress and modify treatment approaches when appropriate. Complete clinical assessments and maintain accurate treatment records. Coordinate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to promote consistent, quality care. Offer guidance to patients, families, and staff on safe mobility and restorative techniques. Participate in care planning and staff education as needed.
