Mitigation Lead Technician

Primary Responsibilities: Drive company vehicle and maintain appropriate crew and equipment to job sites Perform property restoration duties as required Water extraction and set up drying equipment Mold/sewage removal and cleaning Fire/smoke damage cleaning Biohazard Remediation Trauma & Crime Scene Cleanup Complete detailed documentation and take photos Manage job from beginning to end and oversee Tech Helpers Wear personal protective equipment for safety during hazardous situations Provide assistance to the management team Provide customers with excellent communication, description of job scope, and accurate quotes via proprietary software, etc. Perform other tasks (maintain equipment & supplies, custodial duties, etc.)Accomplish on-site-jobs by deadlines Scheduling and dispatching of Tech teams

Qualifications: Previous experience in property damage restoration Ability to prioritize and multi-task Desire to grow and open to learning Honesty Strong organizational skills Deadline and detail-oriented Strong leadership qualities Excellent customer service skills Ability to get IICRC certified and continued education as required Valid driver's license required Ability to pass a background check Willing to work on-call, after-hours rotation Ability to lift 50lbs
