Manufacturing Associate Details: Temp-to-Hire position$ 16.50 / hour Full Time work available Weekend work required Various shifts available (Monday through Friday)Operate various production machines used to manufacture, form, & join metal parts Perform assembly tasks to create automotive components according to specifications Follow all safety protocols & production guidelines Maintain a clean & organized work area Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production targets Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors 1st Shift Monday - Friday, 5:00AM - 5:00PM2nd Shift Monday - Friday, 5:00PM - 5:00AMOvertime work may be required during the week and on weekends, based on company needs
Manufacturing Associate Qualifications:
Need to have at least 3 months previous manufacturing experience. High School Diploma or GED is NOT required Must be able to fluently speak, read, & write in either English or Spanish. Ability to lift up to 45lbs regularly. Ability to stand for 8-12 hours per shift. Must be available to work overtime as required Applicant may be subject to a background check Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
