To support a growing legal practice, the remote Pre-Litigation Attorney will manage client cases, conduct legal research, and prepare necessary documentation for pre-litigation processes.

Key responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of client cases through the pre-litigation phase Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies Prepare and draft legal documents, including demand letters and settlement proposals

Required qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school Active bar license in the relevant jurisdiction Experience in pre-litigation processes or personal injury law Strong research and writing skills specific to legal documentation Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines effectively
