Overview:
A law firm seeks a Litigation Associate with three to five years of experience to join its Las Vegas, NV office. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to providing vigorous representation of clients' interests in a collaborative environment.
Duties:
Represent clients in litigation matters with professionalism and diligence.
Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
Participate in discovery and trial preparation.
Collaborate with team members to develop case strategies.
Requirements:
Three to five years of litigation experience.
Top 15% of law school class preferred.
Judicial clerkship is strongly desired.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Education Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Certifications:
Licensed to practice law in Nevada.
