Student Weight Room Supervisor

Responsibilities: Supervise the weight room to ensure a safe training environment during team lifts and open hours. Help with set up and breakdown of the weight room. Take accurate attendance for all team and individual lifting sessions. Ensure that only authorized student-athletes and approved staff are using the facility. Assist with daily cleaning and disinfecting equipment between team sessions. Reorganize and reset the weight room at the end of each day (e.g., re-racking weights, wiping down surfaces, aligning equipment).Monitor athlete behavior and adherence to facility rules and safety protocols. Assist with uploading training data and performance metrics (when applicable).Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to the Head Strength Coach promptly. Provide general assistance and support to athletes as needed (spotting, equipment guidance).
