Clinical Director - Forensic Psychologist Are you a licensed Psychologist eager to lead a transformative forensic mental health program? Liberty Healthcare is seeking a Clinical Director to oversee our award-winning Jail Based Competency Treatment program at West Valley Detention Center in Rancho Cucamonga, CA - the largest of its kind in the State of California. This groundbreaking program provides court-mandated forensic assessments, psychiatric stabilization, and competency restoration services to patients deemed incompetent to stand trial in San Bernardino County. Ideally located within a 1 to 2-hour drive of Los Angeles, San Diego, and Palm Springs, this position offers a unique leadership opportunity in forensic mental health with the flexibility of a hybrid work environment. As Clinical Director, you will oversee a multidisciplinary team of forensic mental health professionals, ensuring high-quality care while collaborating with state and county partners. Leadership responsibilities Managing a multidisciplinary team of professionals Implementing quality improvement initiatives to ensure patients receive high quality forensic mental health services Facilitating treatment team meetings Guiding treatment planning Building collaborative relationships with county and state partners Clinical responsibilities Conducting comprehensive competence evaluations Formulating treatment plans Writing reports Providing court testimony Why join Liberty Healthcare?
