Manufacturing Planner 2 Jobs

Position Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes and planning. Collaborate with the manufacturing engineering team to review manufacturing build flows for planning producibility. Create and maintain manufacturing work instructions. Identify and resolve manufacturing issues to improve product quality and production efficiency. Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste, improve cycle times, and enhance overall manufacturing performance. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Basic Qualifications: (Required Skills/Experience): 3+ Years Experience in manufacturing planning & production support Experience in CAD software and manufacturing simulation tools Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills Experience reading, interpreting, and enforcing standardized manufacturing processes, work instructions, and engineering drawing and process procedures

Preferred Qualifications: (Desired Skills/Experience): STEM focused Associates degree Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to diverse audiences. Competent in Model-Based Design Competent in Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing Competent in MESci or similar Manufacturing system Competent in Material Resource Planning (MRP) Systems (eg. CompassContract) Experience in CAD software suites Experience in Windchill or similar engineering management databases Experience with Siemens Teamcenter Benefits offered to vary by the contract.
